• All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. UPS does not ship to PO boxes. 

• Orders placed before 12 pm EST on Monday - Friday will begin processing that day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days. (If your order is placed on Friday after 2pm EST, it will begin processing on the following Monday.) Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
• If you order on a holiday or weekend, orders will be processed on the next open business day.
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We will ship your order up to 48 hours from time of purchase.
• We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you’ve selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
• Orders shipped to the US via standard shipping (USPS) can take 5 – 7 business days. 
• UPS does not ship to PO Boxes; therefore your order will be shipped USPS.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or packages delayed by USPS or UPS.
• We are not responsible for orders once they have left our building. We have no control outside services.
